 | Prof. Vanuytsel was an outstanding radiotherapist at the Department of Oncology of the University Hospital in Leuven.
In 1994 he was appointed Head of the Radiotherapy Department at the new established European Institute of Oncology in Milan, where he introduced the conformal radiotherapy techniques.
Prof. Vanuytsel died on 30 August 2008. |
