CROH publishes scholarly, critical reviews in all fields of oncology and hematology, as well as reviews and original research articles in the field of geriatric oncology. The journal also facilitates the diffusion of ESO articles.

ECCO - European CanCer Organisation
Launched in Barcelona at the 14th European Cancer Conference (ECCO 14) and representing more than 40,000 experts, ECCO - European CanCer Organisation (formerly FECS) brings together major players in cancer research, treatment, education and care in order to create awareness of patients' wishes and needs. Through the encouragement of progressive thinking in cancer policy, education, and training, and the continued promotion of European cancer research and its application through the organisation of multidisciplinary meetings and conferences, ECCO continues to support advances in cancer care. ECCO will also play an important role in engaging with policymakers to promote the interests of cancer patients, those who care for them, and those without whose research there would be no advances in treatment and care.

SenoNetwork is the first international network of clinical centres exclusively dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. These centres are called "breast units" and they have first been defined by EUSOMA, the European Society of Breast Cancer Specialists.
Specialist breast units that provide service in accordance with the “European Guidelines for quality assurance in breast cancer screening and diagnosis” (4th edition) are recommended by Europa Donna, the European Breast Cancer Coalition, and the European Parliament.
