COURSES AND SEMINARS
Oncology patients with advanced disease often present multiple symptoms and psychosocial needs. The knowledge base related to pain, symptom control and palliative care in general is rapidly increasing. The objective of this course is to give a clinical and scientifically based update on these important problems and to give a brief insight into issues around communication, ethics and development of palliative care in an European perspective.
There will be the possibility of study visits in palliative care units in the Stockholm area for five days after the course.
The following grants will be available:
- 10 full grants including study visits after the course = up to 700€ + free registration
- 15 course grants = up to 300€ + free registration
