CERTIFICATES
All participants will be issued a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.


OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
The official language of the course will be English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.


INSURANCE
The organisers bear no responsibility for untoward events in connection with, before, during and after the course. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal and travel insurance coverage.


EASO BEST CLINICAL CASE PRIZE
All participants are requested to submit  a clinical case relating to one of the subjects of the course in the format of a clinical grand round. Abstracts must be submitted on the course application form. The most interesting cases will be selected for presentation and discussion throughout the meeting.  All presentations should be planned to take no longer than 7 minutes, allowing 3 minutes for short discussion at the end of each presentation. Time limits will be strictly enforced.
The scientific committee will select the participant submitting the best clinical case, who will be awarded a seat in the 5th ESO-SIOP Europe Masterclass in Pediatric Oncology in 2014
The winner will be announced at the end of the second day.
