The official language of the course will be English

CERTIFICATES
Certificates of attendance will be issued to all participants and distributed at the end of the course.

BADGE
The badge is the only official evidence of registration and should be worn at all times during the course.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
Registration must be received by 31st August 2005.
Registration will be confirmed by mail, fax or e-mail upon receipt of registration fee.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
In case of cancellation of registration, no refund can be provided.

INSURANCE
The organisers bear no responsibility for untoward events in connection with, before, during and after the course. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal and travel insurance coverage.

CURRENCY AND BANK SERVICES
Lebanon’s monetary unit is the Lebanese Pound ( LBP) ( 1 USD - 1500 LBP)
International Currency can be exchanged in practically all banks. Credit cards are accepted in all major restaurants and hotels.

VISAS
US and European citizens can obtain visas upon arrival at Beirut Airport.
Arab visitors need a visa to enter Lebanon. Please seek the advice of your nearest Lebanese Consulate or check www.general-security.gov.lb under GS services-visa for further information.
