REGISTRATION AND ATTENDANCE
Registration of the seminar is partially covered by the European School of Oncology and will be made on a first-come-first-served basis. As there will be limited number of seats, we recommend that you register in advance.
Registration will be confirmed only after the payment is received. All the participants will be provided with course material, two coffee breaks and lunch on both days.
We strongly recommend you to fill-out the registration and accommodation forms on the internet at www.eso.ru. If you want to pay by credit card, please download the credit card payment slip, fill-out and send the same by fax directly to STB Tours.

CERTIFICATES
Certificates of participation will be issued to all the participants who attend all the sessions.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGES
The official languages of the course will be English and Russian. Simultaneous translation from English to Russian and vice-versa will be provided.

PASSPORT AND VISA
If you are not a Russian/CIS citizen, you will need a visa to enter the Russian Federation. In this case you need the hotel booking confirmation to get a visa from the nearest Russian Embassy or Consulate.
You can obtain the hotel booking confirmation through STB Tours after sending the Hotel accommodation form and payment.

CURRENCY
The Russian Currency is the Rouble. 1USD = 27 rbls (approx); 1Euro = 35 rbls (approx). Only roubles are accepted for cash payments within the Russian Federation. All major foreign currencies can be converted at exchange counters located throughout Moscow. At most shopping centers and restaurants credit cards are accepted.

TRANSPORT
There are two international airports in Moscow.
1. Sheremetyevo II Located to the north west of the city, 30km from the city centre and seminar venue. Most international airlines including Aeroflot Russian Airlines operate from this airport.
2. Domodedevo Located to the south of the city, 50km from the city centre and seminar venue. Swiss Air, British Airways and a few other airlines operate from this airport.

TRANSFER FROM AIRPORTS
If you require transfer from the airport to the hotel, please book in advance with STB Tours.

TOURISM
If you are interested in visiting tourist attractions or other cities before or after the seminar, STB Tours will be able to assist you.
