CERTIFICATES
Certificates of participation will be issued to all the participants who attend all the sessions.

OFFICIAL LANGUAGES
The official languages of the course will be English and Russian. Simultaneous translation from English to Russian and vice-versa will be provided.

BADGE
The badge is the only official evidence of registration and should be worn at all times during the course. Loss of badge means loss of registration.

INSURANCE
The organisers bear no responsability for untoward events in connection with, before, during and after the course. Participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal and travel insurance coverage.

PASSPORT AND VISA
If you are not a Russian/CIS citizen, you will need a visa to enter the Russian Federation. In this case you need the hotel booking confirmation to get a visa from the nearest Russian Embassy or Consulate. You can obtain the hotel booking confirmation through STB tours after sending the Hotel accommodation form and payment.

CURRENCY
The Russian Currency is the Rouble. 1USD = 26.5 rbls (approx); 1Euro = 34 rbls (approx). Only roubles are accepted for cash payments within the Russian Federation. All major foreign currencies can be converted at exchange counters located throughout Moscow. At most shopping centers and restaurants credit cards are accepted.

LOCAL TIME
The local time in Moscow is Greenwich meantime + 3 hours.

TRANSPORT
There are three international airports in Moscow.
1. Sheretmetyevo II Located to the north west of the city, 30km from the city centre and seminar venue. Most international carriers including Aeroflot Russian Airlines operate from this airport.
2. Domodedovo Located to the south of the city, 50 km from the city centre and seminar venue. Swiss International Airlines, British Airlines and a few other carriers operate from this airport.
3. Vnukova. Located to the South West of the city, about 40 km from the city center.

TRANSFER
If you require transfer from the airport to the hotel, please book in advance with STB tours.
