Programme description
About 400 breast cancer patients are treated in the Clinic of Oncology and Radiotherapy annually. Department works continuously in alleviating the burden of breast cancer. Multidisciplinary meetings are held every week in our Department for treatment decisions and consultations between specialties. Apart from clinical oncologists, breast surgeons, plastic surgeons and pathologists are involved in multidisciplinary meetings. Participants will see and treat (systematic treatment and radiation) in- and outpatients and visit tumor boards. The team is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for its patients in the available options of diagnosis and treatment, as well as trying to ensure the very best standard of care, high quality of life and respect patients’ preferences.
