Programme description

Translational and preclinical research within the TIRECS team (Therapies and Immune REsponse in CancerS, UMR1231), exploring the interplay between cancer cells, inflammation, and the intratumoural immune response.

Next-generation sequencing (NGS): DNAseq, RNAseq, and advanced biomolecular analyses
Immunomonitoring: characterisation of circulating and tumour-infiltrating immune cells
Histology applied to cancer and inflammatory pathologies
Bioinformatics and biostatistics for high-dimensional data
Support for valorisation of research outputs: publications, patents, clinical trials
