The ESO College plays a central role in supporting participants as they progress along the ESO Educational Pathway — from foundation courses to advanced programmes and beyond.

While ESO offers a suggested route through its educational offerings, the pathway is flexible: oncologists can join at any stage of their career and progress according to their individual goals and timing.

Currently, the College is open to medical, radiation, and surgical oncologists, with plans to expand access to additional specialties in the near future.
