The College of the European School of Oncology (ESO College) is a community designed to support the ESO Educational Pathway and guide participants throughout their oncology careers.

Open to those selected for ESO’s educational programmes, the College offers structured support to help members deepen their knowledge, expand their network, and pursue meaningful milestones in cancer education.

The ESO College plays a central role in supporting participants as they progress along the ESO Educational Pathway — from foundation courses to advanced programmes and beyond.

While ESO offers a suggested route through its educational offerings, the pathway is flexible: oncologists can join at any stage of their career and progress according to their individual goals and timing.

Currently, the College is open to pathologists and medical, radiation, and surgical oncologists, with plans to expand access to additional specialties in the near future.
