Credits

How to earn credits

ESO College members accumulate credits by participating in ESO activities and through recognised external achievements. Credits help you progress through the ESO College: Student → Fellow → Graduate.

Every ESO activity is designed to support your professional development and is automatically awarded credits. The general rule is:

1 hour of face-to-face learning = 1 credit

Your credits are automatically recorded and added to your profile when you:

  • Register and log in to the ESO platform.
  • Participate in a course, session, fellowship, or certificate programme.
  • Complete the required evaluation forms.

A full breakdown of credits per activity is published on the respective activity page.
