Improving Outcomes & Leadership course

This programme addresses disparities in cancer outcomes across Europe by equipping mid-career professionals with the tools and knowledge to implement strategic improvements in cancer care. It is open to professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, including clinicians, researchers, patient advocates, regulatory authorities, and industry experts.

The course focuses on:

• Strategic planning and implementation science
• Applied health research and evidence interpretation
• Change management and leadership skills
• Multidisciplinary, patient-centred, and integrated care approaches
• Collaborative work with patients and advocates

Participants are encouraged to share country-specific initiatives or challenges to enrich peer learning and networking.
