ESO College covers the tuition fee for one Fellow or Graduate in each certificate cohort.
ESO currently offers the following programmes:

- Certificate of Competence in Breast Cancer
- Certificate of Advanced Studies in Thoracic Malignancies (University of Fribourg)
- Certificate of Advanced Studies in Gastrointestinal Cancer (Università della Svizzera italiana)
- Certificate of Advanced Studies in Prostate Cancer (Università della Svizzera italiana)
- Certificate of Advanced Studies in Gynaecological Cancers (Università della Svizzera italiana)
The Postgraduate Certificate Programmes are academically recognised study pathways organised by ESO in collaboration with leading European universities.
These part-time programmes are specifically designed for oncologists and biomedical scientists aiming to deepen their scientific knowledge and clinical expertise in a specific tumour type.
Programmes combine blended learning – including e-learning modules and in-person seminars – and typically run for 12 to 14 months.
Participation is based on a competitive application process and a tuition fee of EUR 4,900 is required.
